Honest Answers to Hard Questions.
ABOUT SYSTEM & SOUL™
About System & Soul™
-
EOS and Scaling Up are legitimate, effective operating systems. They genuinely help a team get organized and moving. System & Soul™ starts there and adds a second, equally weighted track: growing the people running the system, maturing the founder into the CEO the business needs, and deliberately building the culture that makes the system stick. Without that second track, a system can look right on paper and still not take hold. System & Soul™ attracts leaders who value flexibility, personalized leadership development, and a culture-driven approach to running their business.
-
OKRs usually fail for the same reason: there is no cadence, ownership, or accountability structure around them, so they turn into a quarterly paperwork exercise instead of how the team actually operates. System & Soul™ installs the meeting rhythm, roles, and follow-through that make goals like OKRs actually stick. The difference is not the goals themselves, it’s the operating discipline behind them.
-
Culture erosion is one of the most common problems that shows up when a company starts to scale. Values end up on the wall instead of in decisions. Teams stop being fully honest with each other. Left alone, that costs real revenue, a business can have good people, a decent product, and a clear goal, and still miss its numbers because no one is holding the team accountable to a shared priority. Culture is not a nice-to-have alongside the system. It is part of what makes the system actually work.
WORKING WITH US
Working With CDH Advisors
-
We work best with founder-led businesses and small to mid-market companies with a leadership team of 3 to 8 people and 15 to 200+ employees. Our clients span many industries, professional services, healthcare, real estate, construction, non-profit, and more. The common thread is a leader who is open to new thinking, committed to real change, and ready to build something that lasts.
-
Solopreneurs without a leadership team in place, and any owner who believes they already have it figured out and doesn’t need outside perspective. If you’re not open to being challenged or to sharing real ownership with your team, this won’t work. We are direct, honest partners, not yes people.
-
We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach. Every engagement starts with understanding where you are, what’s working, and what isn’t. We bring multiple frameworks and tools and match them to what your business actually needs. And we stay beside you, we aren’t facilitators who hand you a plan and disappear. We are in it with you.
-
Yes. CDH Advisors works with clients nationwide. The initial foundation sessions and annual planning are strongest done in person, but our ongoing engagement model works fully remote.
THE ENGAGEMENT
The Engagement
-
The 90-day install stands on its own and is a complete, valuable engagement. Most clients continue into an ongoing partnership because that is where the real momentum builds, the system deepens, the leaders keep growing, and the results compound. There is no long-term lock-in. You are not stuck in any service or solution.
-
You leave with a clear roadmap, a three-year vision, a one-year plan, and your first OKRs. Your meetings become more consistent and more productive. And most importantly, your leadership team is clear, probably for the first time, on exactly where the company is going and who owns what.
-
Yes. Coaching for the founder and leadership team is built into the System & Soul™ engagement. We also offer a standalone executive coaching track with a structured leadership development curriculum, available in six-month increments. These are priced separately and can run alongside or independent of the core framework.
